The path to awakening is never easy. In this short animation, breathe with me as we traverse suffering (staring barking, bells, hot stoves) through relinquishing control.
This animation film features a mixture of rotoscope animation and filmed textiles that were edited together in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
